Lately I’ve been trying to spend less time on stressful or overly heavy content and more on simple things that help me reset mentally.
I noticed that even small, light interactions can make a difference — not everything has to be super productive to be meaningful. Sometimes a quick break that feels a bit personal or relatable is enough to improve focus and mood.

It’s simple, but it has that “somehow this fits my current mood” feeling. Not something to take too seriously, but surprisingly refreshing.
