Aunt Sadie’s Candies
Support the Sisterhood and the Synagogue through the purchase of Aunt Sadie’s candies. These delicious, Kosher for Passover candies may be used for Purim, Passover, and throughout the year.
Visit www.auntsadiescandies.com to order online, enter the ORGANIZATIONAL ID: KehilatShalomGaithersburgMD and a percentage of the sale will go to the Sisterhood. A donation from the profits will also be given to Mitzvah 613: Kehilat Shalom’s Sefer Torah Program.
There will be a limited amount of this candy sold at the Purim Carnival, Sunday, February 28th. If you need more information, contact Marcie Lerner.

Book Club, March 7th
The next KS Book Club meeting will be on Sunday, March 7, at 2:00 pm at the home of Marcia Litwak. We decided to read Faye Kellerman's book, The Mercedes Coffin, this time and save The Autobiography of G-d for the following meeting. Please RSVP to Marcia or to Alyce Ross, Book Club Chair.
Women's Night Out, March 10th
Please join us for a Women's Night Out for a Cup of Coffee on Wednesday, March 10th at 7:00 p.m. Event will be held at Panera Bread in the Gaithersburg Square Shopping Center - 598 N. Frederick Ave., Gaithersburg. This event is geared for Jewish women over age 45 to get together to socialize. Please purchase your own beverage at the restaurant! (No other cost!) RSVP to Charlotte Strauss.

Outerwear Clothing Drive
It’s a new year and we are collecting for new members of families in need in our community. The Interfaith Works Center needs the following new items for infants: layettes, diapers, baby clothes, baby blankets, infant toiletries, infant/baby wipes, baby lotion, baby shampoo, and crib linens.
Donation boxes are in the ECC and the Shul lobbies. For more information contact Alyce Ross, Caring Community Collections Chair.
